What is the process for getting my vehicle fixed?

Step 1 - Make An Appointment

Schedule an appointment to bring your vehicle to our shop. Call Now!
At your shop appointment we need your claim number (if filed, or if not done yet we can assist). You will be in and out of the shop in 10 - 15 minutes. We will give you a ride over to pick up a rental car.

What happens after I drop off my vehicle?

Once your vehicle comes into our shop. We do an estimate and schedule your insurance adjuster to look at your vehicle at our shop.

After the insurance inspection and approval we can get started on the repairs.

It takes between 1-3 days for your insurance company to approve the repairs, and then another day or two to "Push out" the dents.


Your vehicle is cleaned and vacuumed before being returned to you.

Why do comprehensive claims NOT raise rates?

Comprehensive insurance covers things that are not your fault like vandalism or severe weather. Comprehensive is different coverage than collision, which pays for accidents caused by you. Insurance companies can't discriminate against people by raising rates due to acts of nature.


Your insurance protects you from hail damage, and you are entitled to use the shop of your choice. There are no repercussions for filing comprehensive claims.

I really don't have to pay anything?

When your insurance company sends you to their recommended shop, you pay your deductible, and that goes straight into the corporations pocket as profit.

You already pay your insurance premiums, and you can not control the weather. So why should you have to pay more for something that is not even your fault?

When you come to us, we just agree to fix your vehicle for whatever the insurance pays, we waive your deductible (up to $500), and we absorb these expenses to earn your business.

How does paintless dent repair work?

Roof and hood replacement is unnecessary, and these repairs devalue your vehicle.

Paintless dent repair is a non-invasive repair that erases all evidence of the storm. The dents are removed by hand one at a time by a skilled dent technician.
